1. Do I need to call Quick Ride to make a booking?
No. All bookings are done directly on the Quick Ride website. Simply follow the steps on the platform to book your service. You only need to contact us if you need to change or edit an existing booking. -
2. How do I know if a driver is available?
At the very top of the website, you will see the Driver Availability Section. This shows:
How many drivers are currently online
The district each driver is located in
The option to check each driver’s schedule
This allows you to confirm availability before you even start booking. -
3. Can I check a driver’s schedule before booking?
Yes. You can click “Check Driver Schedule” to view available time slots for each driver. Busy times will be blocked out, and free times will be selectable. -
4. What information do I need to book a service?
To complete a booking, you will need to provide:
Pickup location
Drop-off location
Preferred date and time
Number of passengers (if applicable)
Any stops or special requests
All this information is entered directly on the website. -
HOW TO BOOK
5. What are the steps to book a service?
Booking a service is simple:
Check driver availability at the top of the page
Scroll down and select your service
Enter your pickup and drop-off locations
Fill in all required trip details
Click “Calculate Fare”
Click “Continue to Driver Selection”
Choose your driver, date, and time
Review your booking summary
Select your payment method
Click “Confirm & Book”
Your booking will then be sent automatically to the selected driver. -
6. Why must I use the Google dropdown for addresses?
The system uses Google location autocomplete to ensure:
Accurate addresses
Correct distance calculation
Proper fare calculation
Smooth navigation for the driver
Typing and selecting from the dropdown ensures your trip is priced correctly. -
7. How is the fare calculated?
Once you enter your pickup and drop-off locations and click “Calculate Fare,” the system automatically calculates the price based on:
Distance
Service type
Number of stops (if any)
Trip details
The displayed price is the official fare for your trip. -
8. Can I change details after calculating the fare?
Yes. If you change:
Pickup location
Drop-off location
Add stops
You must click “Calculate Fare” again so the system can update the price correctly. -
DRIVER SELECTION
9. Do I have to select a driver?
Yes. Quick Ride allows you to choose your preferred driver based on:
Availability
Location
Schedule
You must select a driver, date, and time before completing your booking. -
10. What happens after I confirm date and time?
After you confirm your date and time, you will be taken to a booking summary page where you can:
Review all trip details
Confirm the price
Choose your payment method
Submit your booking -

11. What payment methods are available?
Quick Ride supports multiple payment options including:
Cash
PayPal
Credit/Debit Card
Other available local payment options
Payment options are shown on the final confirmation screen. -
12. Do I need to pay before the trip?
This depends on the service and payment method selected. Some services require online payment, while others allow cash payment directly to the driver. -
13. Can I make a payment separately?
Yes. You can use the “Make a Payment” option on the Quick Ride Help button to complete any required payments securely through PayPal or card. -
AFTER BOOKING
14. Do I need to call to confirm my booking?
No. Once you click “Confirm & Book,” your booking is automatically sent to the driver. You do not need to call anyone.
You will receive:
A confirmation email
A phone call from your assigned driver -
15. How will I know when my driver is coming?
Your assigned driver will call you directly before pickup to confirm details and arrival time. -
16. Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. To change or cancel a booking, you must contact Quick Ride directly. Do not create a new booking for the same trip. -
17. What if I need to add an extra stop?
Extra stops must be added through the system or approved by dispatch. Additional charges may apply. -

18. When should I contact Quick Ride?
You should only contact Quick Ride if:
You need to change or edit a booking
You cannot reach your driver
You experience a problem with your trip
You need help with a payment issue
For normal bookings, everything can be done directly on the website. -
19. Can I book through WhatsApp?
No. All bookings must be made through the Quick Ride website. WhatsApp support is only for:
Trip changes
Urgent assistance
Issues contacting your driver -
20. What happens if I am late for pickup?
Waiting time policies may apply depending on the service. It is important to be ready at your scheduled pickup time to avoid additional charges. -
