About the Quick Ride Online Store

The Quick Ride Online Store is a local marketplace where people and businesses can sell products online while Quick Ride handles delivery.

Sellers can list approved new, used, or refurbished items, including electronics, clothing, shoes, accessories, household items, groceries, office items, small appliances, phone accessories, beauty products, and general store products.

If you have items at home, in your office, or in your business that you want to sell, you can take clear photos, list them on the platform, and make them available to customers online.

Items Not Allowed

Sellers are not allowed to list vehicles, illegal drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco products, stolen goods, unsafe products, fake products, or anything that violates the law.

Quick Ride may remove any listing that is illegal, unsafe, misleading, or not approved for the platform.

Your Seller Storefront

Approved sellers receive their own online storefront where customers can browse their products and categories.

This gives each seller a simple mini-store on the platform without having to build their own website.

How Selling Works

Sellers upload products with clear photos, honest descriptions, and accurate prices.

Customers browse the platform, place orders online, and pay upfront by credit card, debit card, PayPal, or other approved online payment methods.

After an order is confirmed, the seller must package the item professionally and prepare it for collection. Quick Ride collects the package and delivers it to the customer based on the selected delivery option.

Seller Commission

There is no monthly seller fee.

Quick Ride charges a fixed EC$2 commission on every sale successfully made through the platform.

Delivery fees belong to Quick Ride because Quick Ride handles pickup and delivery.

Seller Payouts

Seller payouts are made on the 2nd of every month.

Payments are processed online through Quick Ride’s merchant account. If a seller waits for the regular monthly payout date, there is no early payout transaction fee.

If a seller requests payment before the regular payout date, a US$5 early payout transaction fee will be deducted from the seller’s funds. This fee covers the cost of transferring funds from the merchant account before the normal payout cycle.

Delivery Service

Quick Ride handles standard delivery for online store orders.

Our standard delivery options include two-day delivery and Saturday delivery.

The standard delivery fee covers one pickup from the seller and one delivery to the customer. Any return, exchange, redelivery, or extra delivery is a separate delivery arrangement.

Packaging Requirements

All orders must be packaged professionally before collection.

Sellers must use proper packaging such as boxes, envelopes, mailer envelopes, sealed business bags, or branded store bags.

Items must not be handed to the driver loose or in unprofessional bags.

Each package must have a clear delivery label attached so the driver can identify the order quickly.

Returns and Exchanges

Quick Ride has a 14-day return and refund review period.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for paying to send the item back to the seller.

If an exchange is approved, the customer must pay to send the original item back to the seller, and the seller must pay to deliver the replacement item back to the customer, unless another agreement is made between the seller and customer.

Quick Ride’s original delivery fee only covers the first delivery from seller to customer.

Seller Responsibility

Sellers must be honest about every product they list.

If an item is used, refurbished, damaged, scratched, missing parts, or different from new condition, that information must be clearly stated in the product listing.

Misleading listings may lead to refunds, delayed payouts, product removal, or account suspension.
