How to book

Welcome to Quick Ride.
In this video, I will guide you step by step on how to book a service using our platform in a simple and confident way.
At the very top of the page, you will see the Driver Availability section.
This section shows you which drivers are currently online and the district where each driver is located.
For example, a driver may be located in Gros Islet, specifically in the Bois d’Orange area.
You will also see the driver’s name along with brief information about the driver.
Before booking, you can click “Check Driver Schedule” to view the driver’s availability.
This schedule will clearly display available time slots and blocked time slots.
If a time is available, it will be selectable.
If it is already booked, it will appear blocked.
This gives you full visibility so you can choose a time that works best for you.
Once you are satisfied with driver availability, scroll down to the list of services.
Select the service you require.
All services follow the same structured booking process to ensure consistency and clarity.
Next, enter your pickup location.
Begin typing your location and select the correct address from the Google dropdown list that appears.
For example, if you are located in Entrepot, type “Entrepot” and select the correct suggestion.
If your exact address does not appear, select the closest available location or a nearby landmark, such as a school.
Selecting from the dropdown ensures accurate distance calculation and proper fare pricing.
After entering your pickup location, enter your drop-off location using the same method.
Then, select the number of passengers, including adults and children if applicable.
Once all required information has been entered, click “Calculate Fare.”
The system will automatically calculate the correct price based on your trip details.
If you change your pickup, drop-off, or passenger information, be sure to click “Calculate Fare” again to update the total.
After reviewing your fare, click “Continue to Driver Selection.”
You will then see the list of available drivers again.
Select your preferred driver, choose your desired date, and select an available time slot.
Confirm your selection.
You will now be taken to a booking summary page where you can review all trip details carefully.
Select your preferred payment method.
Finally, click “Confirm and Book.”
Your booking request will automatically be sent to the selected driver.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation email, and your assigned driver will contact you directly to confirm pickup details.
There is no need to call support unless you need to edit or change your booking.
