Follow these steps carefully when adding a product to B&N Online Store. Complete all required information before submitting your product.

1. Add Your Product

From your Seller Dashboard, open Products and select Add Product.

Enter the basic information for the item you are selling, including:

• Product name
• Product description
• Price
• Available quantity
• Product images
• Variants, if applicable
• Weight and other required product information

2. Upload Clear Product Images

Upload clear, good-quality photos that accurately show the product.

Your main image should clearly show the entire item. Additional images can be used to show different angles, colors, packaging, features or other important details.

Avoid blurry, dark or misleading images.

3. Enter the Correct Price and Inventory

Enter the exact price the customer will pay and the number of units you currently have available.

Keep your inventory updated. If you sell an item outside of B&N Online Store, remember to adjust your available quantity.

4. Add Variants When Needed

If the same product is available in different options, add them as variants.

For example, a shirt may have:

Size: Small, Medium, Large
Color: Black, White, Blue

A phone may have:

Storage: 128GB, 256GB
Color: Black, Blue, Silver

5. Add Your Product Tags — REQUIRED

Every product must have its required product tags before it is submitted.

You must add:

Your District

Add the district where the product is located.

Use the correct district tag:

Castries
Gros Islet
Dennery
Anse La Raye
Micoud
Vieux Fort (F)
Laborie
Choiseul
Soufriere
Canaries

Use the district where the product will actually be available for pickup.

Delivery Speed

You must also add one delivery-speed tag:

Same-Day Delivery

or

Next-Day Delivery

Choose the delivery speed that you can reliably provide for that product.

Example

If your product is located in Castries and is available for same-day delivery, its required tags are:

Castries
Same-Day Delivery

If your product is located in Vieux Fort and is offered for next-day delivery:

Vieux Fort (F)
Next-Day Delivery

Important

Your product must have both tags:

1 District Tag + 1 Delivery Speed Tag

Do not leave either one out.

These tags are used by B&N Online Store to determine how your product is handled for delivery. Using an incorrect district or delivery-speed tag can result in incorrect delivery options being presented to customers.

6. Select the Correct Category

Place your product in the category that best represents what you are selling.

For example:

Electronics → Cell Phones

or

Fashion → Men's Clothing

Correct categorization helps customers find your products.

7. Review Your Product

Before submitting, check that:

• Your product name is correct.
• Your description accurately represents the item.
• Your images clearly show the product.
• Your price is correct.
• Your inventory is correct.
• Your variants are correct.
• Your category is correct.
• Your district tag has been added.
• Your Same-Day Delivery or Next-Day Delivery tag has been added.

8. Save and Submit Your Product

Once all required information is complete, save and submit your product.

Your product may be reviewed before it becomes available for customers to purchase.

Products submitted without the required district and delivery-speed tags may not be approved for sale on B&N Online Store.
