How Quick Ride Checks Available Drivers
Learn how the system checks driver schedules
Quick Ride checks the time you select against each online driver’s schedule.
If your selected time falls inside a driver’s blocked schedule, that driver will not be shown as available for that time.
If the driver’s schedule is open for your selected time, the driver can appear in the available driver list.
Select Driver For Your Time
Select your service time so Quick Ride can check which nearby drivers are available.
Choose the time you want Quick Ride to perform your service. We will check the online drivers near you and show only drivers whose schedule is open for that time.
Want to review all online drivers?
You can view all online drivers and open each driver’s schedule yourself.
Please tap Select Time to check drivers for your service time, or tap View All Online Drivers to review driver schedules yourself.
